Wow... that's REALLY bad. I saw a recent YouTube video where a Championship Tin was $2.97 (at target). All my hopes for this lasting have been at a real low for the last couple of months... But after hearing about all these drops for stuff at target it's gotten even worse

I still want it to continue but... I just don't know what to think anymore.

As long as you have people to play with, or people who you might play with (who'd borrow your cards) no reason to quit!

If you ask me, Metacharged tins are a pretty good deal now; 4 rares, 1 guranteed super rare for 5 dollars, and of course two packs worth of commons.

Curious bystanders of the game or people who never knew about it might get involved at this point --- to late to save it but not too late to add to the community.

I'm definitely not quitting. I've never had anyone in my area to play Redakai with. Literally, no one. It didn't even start up here. (Then again.. small town)

But I agree with the tin thing. Those tins were regular $20 ish.. Much more affordable now.

I just collect everything Redakai. (:

I noticed the drop happened the day after I post part one of my Redakai ripping :3 . The Chump tin possesses as good a rare card spread as the Metacharged tin, currently costs just as much, and has the extra rubbish and more cards.

I'd agree with you with the exception of the guranteed gold you get in the Meta Smile

I do need at least one more "chump" tin. Maybe two, We'll see what I get.

No, Chump tin has a guaranteed ultra, too.

Oh? Neat. I guess that makes them the better value - if you don't mind having a billion extras laying around - Unless you need Metacharged stuff more that is.

My Walmart still won't lower there stuff by a whole lot.

    The Championship tins are $15.00
    Deluxe Figures: $5.00
    Regular Figures: $5.00
Animation Unit (which no one buys): $10.00
    Structure Decks: $19.99
    Booster Packs: $2.97
    X-Readers: $10.00

I hope they lower the price of the tins.. I need somewhere to put my extra rares... My Metacharged tin is out of room.

Next weekend I'll check at other stores like Zellers... oh and finally Target is coming to Canada. Eventually anyways. Maybe next year.

Wait. I thought Safeway was Target...

Anyway, A Walmart near me had an EPIC price drop.

Also, Toys R' Us is getting desperate to get rid of Redakai, as well. This is stacked on top of what already amounts to 75% off, so "Buy one at 75% off, get two free!" That's not a clearance sale, that's desperation.

All the Safeways I have ever been to pretty much just sell groceries. It's over half of the store. Zellers in Canada is pretty much like Target I guess.. but I think its more expensive. And Target is actually taking over some of the Zellers stores and changing them to Targets. Not the one in the city I live by though. (Sadly)

And I saw your post on Facebook with that Clearance. I wasn't surprised with that... but I wish places in my area would drop prices like that.. its getting ridiculous. I assume its because there aren't that many people here anyways so they don't feel a need to get rid of anything that quickly....

holy crap! Now that's what I call low prices!!!!
Walmart had a slight price drop on a three pack item but it basically just brought it in line with their single pack cost.
Not so much a clearance yet.

So.. FINALLY my Walmart dropped to this:

    Decks: $10.00
    Regular Figures: $3.00
    Deluxe Figures: $3.00

They restocked on the regular figures though! There used to be 2 on the shelf just sitting there and now they have like 20 of them.. o_o.. I just bought the four I didn't have.
